Strolling Down the Streets of Cambridge

Prompt: Write one thought on a line at a time. Perhaps a poem will begin to take shape.

What is the meaning and purpose of life?

The deepest desire of the human heart is a kind of love that fulfills, frees and restores.

Gazing at the sun, I felt a profound sense of warmth, presence, freedom, and peace.

Why is the human eye drawn to light? Perhaps because it is beautiful and attractive? I can’t help but gaze and be moved every time — it just happens . Some things I’m drawn to are beyond my ability to explain why.

On my way back home, I saw a sign that screamed: “Love wins!”

Sitting still in an uninterrupted period of time with nature, I finally understood that freedom is the child of love. Love that casts out fear and shame…

Universal truth: you are loved. There is at least one person in this world who sees you in spirit and truth. Open your mind and heart to that reality. Accept that love. You deserve it.

When you receive love, you can give love. It becomes this emotional exchange. Once you see yourself and embrace your identity, you yourself become love.

I cannot unsee what was revealed during this time of solitude and isolation.

It is the invisible in the visible.

I can hear it and feel it. Can you?
